Violence is generally presented realistically and results in copious blood splatter and sight of blood on the ground. The player's character can use a lighted torch to set other characters on fire. The player's character is able to attack and kill innocent residents of the town, although this does trigger the arrival of 'sheriffs'. The game also features use of strong language ('fuck'), both in dialogue and in in the form of graffiti. The graffiti also includes some crudely drawn sexual images.
