Third person shooter in which demons have invaded a city, turning the residents into flesh-eating zombies. Players must rescue young women who have been imprisoned and use them to battle against the evil.

This game features sustained violence as the player's character fights against waves of zombies and other fantasy creatures. When enemies are hit, blood effects are shown and damage is generally represented by numbers. However, the use of shotguns can result in immediate kills, which are slightly more realistic than other violence. Defeated enemies remain on the ground for a while after they have been defeated, sometimes leavening a blood stain behind. No realistic injuries are shown. When the player's character is hit, the screen flashes red and she cries out, although there is no realistic physical response. When defeated, she falls to the ground and a blood stain spreads across her body.

Other issues

The player has the option to choose their character's breast size. While selecting this, there is sight of breast nudity. Players can also choose to have their character topless during the game. However, there is no sexual activity.
