Factory workers can become exhausted and fall to the floor. However, they do revive and exhaustion can be prevented by giving the workers coffee. Accidents happen in the factory, including workers tripping up and workbenches catching fire and exploding. Explosions can cause workers to catch fire and run about, although the fire goes out automatically and no harm is done to the characters. The style of animation is comic and cartoon-like. Rats and moles sometimes appear in the factory and must be controlled. Rats can be put to sleep with gas and moles can be hit, causing them to disappear. 'Brain slugs' may also appear and affect the workers. They can be destroyed by clicking on them, causing them to disappear in a puff of smoke. Spies sometimes appear in the factory. When they are uncovered, the player clicks on them and they disappear in an explosion animation.

The majority of violence involves the player's character shooting fantasy creatures using sci-fi weapons. Enemies flicker when hit and disappear when defeated. The character design of some of the enemies, such as aliens with sharp teeth and giant skeletons, may be scary to younger children. The game features creatures from the 'Alien' film series, although the pixelated nature of the graphics lessen the impact of these designs.

Campaign expansion for the game, 'Doom Eternal', in which the player must battle their way back to Urdak to address an imbalance of power left after the slaying of the Khan Maykr.
Content specific issues
This game contains frequent depictions of graphic violence towards human-like characters. Attacks often cause dismemberment, decapitation or mutilation. Large amounts of blood, gore and injury detail are shown when characters are impacted. This includes skin ripping open and bones protruding. The majority of the violence is inflicted using powerful projectile weapons, although weapons such as chainsaws and swords can also be used. When an enemy has been disabled, the player is allowed to perform a “glory kill”, a powerful move that instantly kills the enemy. These moves are particularly graphic, with the camera zooming in and focusing on the gore.
