Brief outline of the game
The Battle for control of Gotham intensifies, reaching a fevered pitch as Bruce discovers a renewed sense of purpose and Batman finds himself pushed to the limits in a desperate effort to restore order.
Content specific issues
The violence in Episode 5 is realistic looking and includes the use of firearms and physical violence involving kicks and punches which cause small blood splatters. As this game requires episode 1 in order to be played, it inherits the age rating (strong violence) for that game and consequently Episode 5 is rated 18.
Other issues
The game features scenes of smoking which are presented as a neutral activity.

This game features depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like characters, attacks show bright lights on impact, reactions are over exaggerated with characters flying back in slow motion, no blood/gore is shown. The game has some sexual posturing of female characters, there is a gallery that can be accessed through the menu which has some art, including some of the female characters dressed in their underwear with sexual posturing. This game also features infrequent mild bad language, words such as “shit,” “bastard,” and “crap” are used in the dialogue. There is also a brief side-on image of a character being stabbed through the chest, mild blood is shown.
