Brief outline of the game

Langrisser I & II is a remake of two games: Langrisser and Langrisser 2. It is a top-down turn-based strategy RPG with anime-style visual stories set in a medieval fantasy world where players command an army against other armies. The player can make story decisions for a wide range of possible endings from good to evil.

This game contains infrequent use of mild bad language. The word “bastard” can be found in the games’ dialogue.

Other issues

The majority of the gameplay focuses on battles in which the player controls units of an army and wages war against the opposing side. All of the battles are shown from a distant top down angle with characters appearing small on the screen. Characters have minor reactions to the violence, only briefly flinching and then vanishing when defeated.
