Hellpoint is a dark sci fi action RPG set in the aftermath of a massive quantum cataclysm. Every living being quickly lost their mind as their memories and bodies were merged with alternate versions of themselves from parallel universes. You play as a mysterious nameless character whose intentions are entirely determined by your choices.

Violence consists of your human-like spawn fighting off multiple types of distorted humanoids and fantasy characters. Armaments include bladed and blunt weapons and firearms. Enemy responses to being attacked vary from no physical reaction to flinching with every blow, while your character has no realistic reaction. Copious blood effects from your enemies are shown, but your character does bleed too sometimes. No graphic injuries are depicted, although one giant character can have their hands cut off, but these then become additional enemies to kill. The giant regenerates their missing limbs while continuing to fight you.
