Brief outline of the game

This murder mystery game centers around a small Japanese town where the player controls a youth who can interact and forge bonds with other people through his school year. His group is able to enter another universe through the TV, and by solving the personal issues of his friends, he gets closer to unmasking the serial killer plaguing the town.

The game features some moderate violence during combat though this is generally represented as fantastical with bright flashes and energy pulses providing the violent process. There are occasions where some of the teenage characters within the game appear to be under the influence of alcohol. Mild language in the form of 'shit/bastard/asshole/crap/bullshit/shithole/sonavabitch is also audible on occasion.

Brief outline of the game

The story takes place a few months after the epilogue of Persona 4 Golden. Since then, Rise Kujikawa has returned to the world of entertainment. New rumours begin spreading that "at midnight, if you see a strange video playing on a certain site, you are transported to the 'other side' and will never wake up again." Members of the J-Pop idol group "Kanamin Kitchen," including her junior idol Kanami Mashita, are disappearing. In the game, players engage in a "dance battle" with the Shadows in the mysterious world of the "Midnight Stage." Yu Narukami, living in the city, responds to Rise's cry for help, and eventually reforms the Investigation Team, in order to solve the new crisis.
