When the vampire notices a cross on the victim's neck, she rips the flesh and muscle from his neck, causing pain, injury and blood loss. The game also includes use of strong language ('fuck').

Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York is a narrative experience set in the rich universe of Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition. It presents the struggle for power between two vampiric factions - the Camarilla and the Anarchs - bathed in the night lights of the Big Apple.

Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars is a strategy game set in a dark vampire world in turmoil, that combines empire management and turn-based combat with unique card-game elements.

Gameplay violence is non-realistic looking but is however regarded as sustained depictions of violence, when characters are hit their response is minimal, but there are occasional blood splatters. When their health gauge expires, they will shimmer and fall to the ground. Some characters remain in view whilst others disappear. Realistic looking violence occurs in some of the cut scenes, and although there are blood splatters when a character is hit, there are no injuries of blood effects on the body.
