Advice for consumers

This game has received a PEGI 12 because it features moderate violence and sexual content. Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.

Brief outline of the game

This new expansion for The Sims 4 is set in a beautiful Southeast Asian region. With influences from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore, this pack features urban and coastal environments with locals embracing close-knit communities in their daily lives.

Content specific issues

This game contains depictions of non-realistic violence towards human characters. Mould is a new mechanic in the game, which develops when food items are left unattended or when areas are not cleaned regularly. Mould can then infect Sims and, if left untreated, the Sim will eventually die. Sims will cough, sputter and clutch at their chest whilst green mushrooms begin to sprout on their body. This game also contains implied sexual content. As in previous versions of the game, sex takes place out of view although bed sheets can be seen moving with the characters making sounds underneath.
