Brief outline of the game
DLC expansion campaign for the first-person shooter, Destiny 2: New Light, in which players take on the role of a Guardian who must solve a mystery while battling Savathûn and her Hive soldiers.
Content specific issues
The majority of the violence consists of humans attacking various alien species. However, it is also possible to inflict violence on human characters, specifically in multiplayer matches during which players attack each another, either individually or in teams. Human characters react to violence in a realistic manner, making pained noises when injured. When defeated, their bodies remain on the floor for a short time before they respawn.
Other issues
This game offers players the opportunity to purchase an in-game currency, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. Point and click adventure in which players take on the roles of two women, one of whom is in a fictionalised version of the the 1930s and one of whom is in modern times.

Other issues
There is also some sight of corpses and use of bad language, including 'bloody', 'bugger' and 'piss'.

Brief outline of the game
Horror game in which players search for the cure for a pandemic disease which has decimated the population of a fictional island.
Content specific issues
There are frequent scenes in which the player's character is chased through dark and scary settings, including by a sinister headless figure. If the player is caught, no violence is shown and the character simply respawns. The environments through which the player moves are sometimes littered with the skeletons of victims of the pandemic, with references being made to rumours of cannibalism. The jump scares and the scary setting may be disturbing for younger children.

Puzzle adventure in which two children flee into the 'Deep Woods' where they encounter an order of guardians who need their help.

This game features mild violence. The player's two human characters control their own hordes of magical creatures, known as 'Spritelings', which can be sent to fight against enemies. Characters flicker when hit and sometimes grunt or fall over but continue to fight until they are defeated. They then disappear. When night falls, the player's characters are pursued by creatures which live in the dark. These creatures may be scary to younger children.
Other issues
The game also includes uses of very mild terms such as 'crap', 'damn', 'dumbass' and 'hell'.

Third-person Japanese role playing game, set in Tokyo, in which players take part in an underground survival game that involves fighting various creatures, such as giant birds and frogs.

This game features moderate violence. Human characters use a variety of weapons, such as swords and hammers, as well as magic spells. Characters flash when hit and damage is indicated by a reduction in health numbers. When fantasy characters are hit they are knocked backwards, but when human characters are hit they show little reaction beyond flashing red. When defeated, characters fall to the floor and vanish. The game also contains use of bad language ('shit').

This collection features remastered versions of two classic strategy role-playing games: 'Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered' and 'Soul Nomad & the World Eaters'.
Content specific issues
Violence mainly occurs during turn-based combat. When character are hit, there is a flash of light. Once a certain level of damage has been inflicted, the character simply disappears. The violence is non-realistic looking. Cut scenes also feature some non-realistic looking violence. In one scene, a character kills himself with a bladed weapon, although the death is depicted non-realistically, with the character continuing to speak for some time. The dialogue contains infrequent use of bad language, including ‘shit’, ‘bastard’ and ‘bitch’.
Other issues
In one scene a character sits at a table drinking from a glass containing a red liquid called ‘Ochre’. Alcohol is not specifically referred to. The player can only advance the text conversation and has no direct control of the character.

Side scrolling beat 'em up game, based on the series of graphic novels, in which players must defeat Ramona's seven evil exes.
Content specific issues
The player’s character can use hands and feet to punch and kick opponents, as well as making use of other items such as baseball bats, shovels, dustbins, street signs, knives and swords. Impacts result in a stylised red droplet visual, to indicate the character has been hit, but there is no realistic sight of blood or injuries. The visual is accompanied by a hit point value above the character. Characters respond to violence unrealistically, including with exaggerated movements. When defeated, a character will fall to the ground, shimmer and disappear from view. In one level a character makes frequent use of the rude 'middle finger' sign.

Virtual reality first person shooter, adapted from the comic book series, in which the player must battle with the undead and scavenge in the ruins of New Orleans.
Content specific issues
There are frequent depictions of graphic violence towards human-like 'zombie' characters. Strong blood and gore effects are present throughout. Bladed weapons and explosives can cause enemies to be dismembered and decapitated. Attacks often leave behind visible wounds, which may build up on the body. When an enemy is defeated, they fall to the floor where their body remains. The player is then able to inflict further damage on the body. The player has the ability to pick up and collect 'zombie' heads, which can be displayed as trophies in their basecamp. The game also contains infrequent depictions of violence towards defenceless human characters. In one notable section, a man is hung upside down by his legs and unable to defend himself. The player is then ordered to kill the man to further the story progression. The game also contains frequent use of strong language ('fuck').
Other issues
This game contains prominent use of tobacco and alcohol products. The player is able to pick up and use the items in a first-person perspective in VR. The alcoholic items can grant health and stat benefits in game. Additionally, the player must drink from a flask at the end of the day to progress to the following day. The player is able to put a gun to their head in VR and pull the trigger. Doing this will immediately kill the character and return them to the main menu. Horrific imagery is found throughout. Dead bodies are littered throughout all the environments, and a the majority of the zombie-like characters have gaping wounds and gory designs.
