Fighting game in which the player engages in fitness activities. Player is tasked to go on runs through a fantasy world full of creatures. In between runs they must defeat robot and plant-like enemies blocking hits, throwing various punches and jumping or ducking from incoming attacks.

This game contains depictions of realistic violence to fantasy characters. Upon throwing punches, impact effects are shown, accompanied by bright flashes and colours. These characters will flinch and recoil on hits and become visibly damaged but give no real signs of pain. Enemies flash when taking damage and each will have a health bar above their head to indicate their remaining health. After hits the creatures return to their fighting stance and continue to strike the player until defeated. When they have been beaten the characters will disintegrate and disappear.

Implied violence is shown to the player when receiving attacks and damage from enemies and obstacles. No blood is shown in these instances even though the player is human. Some characters have scary appearances that some younger viewers may find upsetting, this is also especially shown when activating rage mode.
