This game features strong and realistic violence involving both human and fantasy characters. When characters are attacked, their health bars are reduced and blood effects appear. More powerful attacks result in characters exploding into chunks. These explosions are shown from a distance and are not particularly detailed.

These games features moderate violence in which the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles engage in fights against mainly human-like enemies. Violence involves the use of weapons including swords, staffs, daggers and nunchaku. Reactions to violence are non-realistic, with characters flickering when hit, falling to the floor and disappearing when defeated. Sounds and screams can he heard, although injuries are not shown. Some games feature a special move in which players throw their opponents into the air, after which the fall onto the player's sword. No blood is shown.
Other issues
Players can also browse through still images showing old comic book covers, video game manuals, adverts from the 1980s and 1990s, and stills from the animated series. One comic book cover shows a character covered in blood, with seemingly dead bodies by his feet, as a firing squad prepares to fire. However, no violence is shown.
