Multiplayer action role-playing game in which players battle various enemies on their way to reach the peak of the Tower of Babylon.

While violence during gameplay is generally non-realistic looking, cutscenes feature more realistic violence, including sight of a character's arm being severed in slow motion, resulting in blood pumping from the remaining stump. There is also a scene in which prisoners are lined up and stabbed in their backs, causing the characters to writhe about and make agonised noises, with accompanying sight of blood.

A suggestively shaped rocket lands nose first in a tree-like object, creating an entry point that resembles female genitalia. There is use of bad language ('shit') and the middle finger gesture.

There are numerous still images showing the player's character with a lit cigarette or cigar in his mouth. Smoking does not benefit the player in the game.
