Survival horror game, a spin-off from the Five Nights at Freddy's series, in which players are trapped alone in an office where they must fend off killer animatronics. The game features 50 selectable animatronic characters, spanning the previous games in the series, with further options for customisation.

The overall atmosphere of the game is creepy and unnerving, with sinister laughter and footsteps being heard in the dark, as well as a disembodied voice threatening the player. Players must avoid pursuing animatronic characters who only move when they are not being looked at. If the player fails to avoid the animatronics, there is a loud jump scare as the creature lunges at the player, after which the screen fades to black.
