Hack and slash game, set during an apocalypse, in which a group of five characters have to work together to put things back to normal after an anti-aging drug mutates people into monsters.

However, cutscenes feature stronger and more realistic violence, including a person being attacked by a possessed character who uses claw-like hands to slash at her body, with blood effects and the sound of screams. The player's character's arm is also severed below the elbow. While the moment of injury is not shown, the aftermath is depicted, including sight of the severed hand and stump, with blood flowing from the wounds. Afterwards, a prosthetic takes the place of the missing limb. The dialogue includes use of strong language ('fuck' and 'motherfucker').
