Brief outline of the game

Remastered version of a role-playing game released in 2005. You play as The Bard, a selfish rogue, weary of pointless sub-quests and rat-infested cellars. Using your sword and songs you summon allies and fight off foes while endlessly hunting for more coins and treasure.

The game is played in third person view, with the camera following The Bard on his quests. When he encounters an enemy, he plays a tune on his lute to summon a creature to assist him. Then he, armed with whatever weapons he can find, and his creature repeatedly attack their enemies, dealing damage by numbers until the defeated character falls down in a puddle of blood and eventually melts away into the ground. Mild language includes the word ‘bastard’.

Control three characters, called Leaders, each with unique abilities. The target is to destroy the enemy base while defending your own base. Collect resources to build towers. The towers protect you and give you vision to enemy movements.
