This game features frequent scenes of graphic violence. These include the decapitation and dismemberment of human-like mutant characters, as well as a cutscene in which a man's throat is ripped out by a zombie. There are strong blood effects during the violence and gory sight of dead bodies lying on the floor afterwards. The game also includes use of strong language ('fuck').
