In the prosperous city of Arland the young Rorona peacefully runs her own Atelier. Though, one day, a knight of Arland comes to close the shop down unless she is able to prove that she can run her Atelier in the city's current economy. Rorona sets off on a journey to pass a series of examinations to prove her skills... and save her Atelier.

Bright lights and magical effects appear on impact of attacks, while numbers show the amount of damage that has been inflicted. Characters have little to no reaction, however, they do occasionally let out pained cries. All characters feature a health bar, and when their bar has been depleted they fall to the floor and quickly vanish. This game also contains use of mild bad language. The word “bastard” can be found in the dialogue. This game also contains scenes of strong sexual innuendo. The most pertinent scene involves a drunken woman groping another woman without her consent. The scene shows a single still image of the two women whilst voiceovers and subtitles tell the story.
