This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards human-like characters. For example, one scene shows a man’s hands being cut off during a sword fight, causing blood to spurt out of the wounds as his hands fall to the floor. There are also scenes of violence towards defenceless human characters, notably when a sword is pushed into a bound woman and then twisted. Violence is realistic, with use of blood effects and characters screaming and grunting in pain. Some scenes involve threat to child characters, including a blade being pressed to a child's neck and children being hit with rocks. The game also includes use of strong language ('fuck').
