Advice for consumers

This game has received a PEGI 12 because it features moderate violence. Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.

Brief outline of the game

Battle royale shooter game, set in the 'My Hero Academia' universe, in which players team up with two others to defeat rival teams of three before time is up.

Content specific issues

This game contains frequent depictions of moderate but non-realistic violence towards human characters. During each match, characters have to fight, knock down, and then finish their opponents until they are the last team standing. All characters have special abilities as well as punching and kick attacks.  Attacks result in brightly coloured effects when characters are struck. No blood is shown but characters may recoil and grunt in pain.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase an in-game currency which can then be used to buy various items, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items. 'Roll tickets' can be purchased which allow random items, such as costumes, emotes and voices, to be won by the player. A 'drop rates' list can be viewed by the player, which lists the percentage likelihood of items being won. There is use of very mild terms, such as 'dumbass' and 'jerk'.

Advice for consumers

This game has received a PEGI 12 because it features moderate violence. Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.

Brief outline of the game

The battle for justice continues, but this time the fight gets bigger, badder, and more quirkier in My Hero One’s Justice 2. Based on the manga My Hero Academia, all characters are back, with newly added ones, in this 3D arena fighter that pits heroes and vilains.

Content specific issues

This game contains frequent depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards both human-like and fantasy characters. Bright lights and special effects appear on impact of attacks, with the reactions to said attacks being over exaggerated. Characters fly into the air and into walls on impact of some attacks. The environment takes heavy damage with walls crumbling and craters being formed in the floor. However, no visible injuries appear on the fighters despite them making some pained grunts and moans. After the fighters take a hit, they quickly get back up and continue fighting. Each character has a health bar on the top of the screen which displays their status. When the bar reaches zero the character falls to the floor defeated and the match ends.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items in the form of additional costumes and accessories for the in-game characters, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
