Virtual reality first person shooter, adapted from the comic book series, in which the player must battle with the undead and scavenge in the ruins of New Orleans.

There are frequent depictions of graphic violence towards human-like 'zombie' characters. Strong blood and gore effects are present throughout. Bladed weapons and explosives can cause enemies to be dismembered and decapitated. Attacks often leave behind visible wounds, which may build up on the body. When an enemy is defeated, they fall to the floor where their body remains. The player is then able to inflict further damage on the body. The player has the ability to pick up and collect 'zombie' heads, which can be displayed as trophies in their basecamp. The game also contains infrequent depictions of violence towards defenceless human characters. In one notable section, a man is hung upside down by his legs and unable to defend himself. The player is then ordered to kill the man to further the story progression. The game also contains frequent use of strong language ('fuck').
